**Why is this role important**

Our** Store Team Members **are inspired doers. They help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well. Our Clerks inspire our customers through delightful conversation and knowledge of products.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
- To set up, merchandise and maintain meat service case;
- To wrap, price and display meat according to Company procedures;
- To serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner;
- To respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints ensuring courteous customer relations;
- To ensure expired product is removed from selling area;
- To assist in putting up signage;
- To maintain the meat counters and bunkers;
- To ensure safety and sanitation of the department meets Company policies and standards;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of meat cuts and meat products
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings and weekends;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the meat department;
- Experience in the operation of an automatic meat wrapper machine, a definite asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**What you bring**
- Flexibility to work a variety hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift
