Gradient Wind Engineering Inc. is seeking an individual to join its team for full-time, permanent employment, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

**Job Function**

The role includes, but is not limited to:

- Operation of wind tunnel and various dynamic test equipment
- Verification and archiving of wind tunnel test data
- Installation, calibration and maintenance of high-rate data acquisition systems
- Assembly and installation of test models for use in wind tunnels, requiring a good level of agility and physical fitness
- Collaboration with modelling staff, project managers and engineers to problem solve modeling issues
- Ensuring project requirements are being fulfilled through ongoing communication with the project team

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Post Secondary Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrated initiative, motivation and independent problem-solving methods/capabilities
- Proven ability to successfully meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to work flexible work hours, weekends and/or overtime when required
- Post-Secondary Education in a related field is considered an asset
