Pizza Maker

Caffe cinquecento by Chef Luciano is an Italian coffe shop/bistro located inside the Columbus Centre in Toronto.

Every summer, the patio situated at the back of the building in the garden offers Neapolitan style pizzas cooked in a small hardwood pizza oven.

we make 40-50 pizza per day from 12-8 pm.

Your responsabilities will be: Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats. Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times. Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes. Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
