**Position Overview**

The Logistics Clerk is responsible for completing and maintaining documents related to the Logistics Operations of Can-Am Fresh Transport.

The Logistics Clerk provides administrative support to the Logistics Team.

This position is seasonal, with full-time hours.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Track and trace loads.
- Assist with preparation of driver pay settlements.
- Perform yard checks to confirm cleanliness and readiness of trailers.
- Monitor timeliness of load pick-ups/drop-offs.
- Perform safety and compliance checks.
- Answer phones and assist or direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Act as liaison between customers and drivers.
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics team.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Available Shift Coverage**
- Mornings 6:00am-1:30pm
- Afternoons 3:00pm-11:00pm
- Saturdays 12:00-5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-06-10
