**Job description - Inside Sales Associate**
**Your Role**
We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative who possesses a strong commitment to work and who thrives in a busy, challenging, and team-oriented environment. If you are a motivated individual, looking for your next challenge, and you have a "can do" attitude, this opportunity is for you
The Inside Sales Associate will be working together with a Key Account Manager on communication with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. **Your Key responsibilities include**:
- Initiate phone and digital contact with clients and potential clients to expand relationships.
- Evaluate customer’s needs, and answer questions regarding our products and availability.
- Provide customers with accurate pricing, inventory, and specific delivery information.
- Process Quotes and Purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Manage orders throughout the life of the order from entry to delivery and keep customers informed of shipments/delays.
- Liaise with Accounting, Technical, and Operations departments to provide expedited order flow and successful resolution of customer requests
- Resolve any order related problems using tenacity, persistence, and a high level of tactfulness
- Ongoing development and maintenance of customer database
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Arrange shipping for small orders using company portals; Shipster & CSS.
- Monitor outbound/inbound shipments to meet deadlines
- Communicate with the customer service team regarding any shipping issues and returns
- Attend weekly Monday Sales Meetings.
- Support sales team as required
**Your Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Desire to be part of an exciting booming industry and become a part of an amazing growing team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
