**Duties**
- Perform venipuncture for blood collection while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure proper identification of patients and labeling of specimens to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and alleviate any concerns.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow.
- Document all procedures accurately in patient records and laboratory information systems.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a laboratory or hospital environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to phlebotomy and patient care is advantageous.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and care.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with patients.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- phlebotomy: 1 year (preferred)
