**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the Health Services Manager, the Ward Clerk will provide operational support and organizational assistance to the patient care area in the Day Surgery Unit.

**About You**:

- We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Graduate of a post-secondary secretarial, office administration program or equivalent required
- Medical Terminology is required
- Recent certification in BLS or willing to obtain
- Demonstrated interest in contributing to quality patient care is required
- Experience/exposure to a health care setting is an asset
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks required
- Strong work ethic and adherence to confidentiality
- Demonstrated skill in working collaboratively and effectively with others required
- Ability and willingness to meet challenges and adapt to changing situations an asset
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.09 - $21.90 Hourly
