As a Customer Service/Ticket Agent at Wilson’s Transportation, you will be the face of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with their purchase of tickets for bus services provided by Wilson’s Group of companies, EBus, Rider Express and Greyhound. Our Ticket Agents provide our clients with an exceptional Customer Service experience whether that be in-person or online. They are approachable and have the unique ability to problem solve on the fly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide online and in-person Customer Service and Support to our clients
- Resolve ticket issues in a polite and professional manner
- Refund clients when necessary
- Securely handle all client transactions
- Maintain cash drawer
- Report to Operations Manager

**While we value your expertise in the below areas, experience in them is not necessary. We will train you the Wilson’s way**

- Knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently
- Experience receiving and handling cash/debit/credit transactions
