Manage packaging staff, when applicable
- Cellar activities
- CIP, sanitization, transfers, dry hop
- Packaging Activities
- Carbonation, set up, canning, tear down, cleaning, maintenance
- Yeast handling
- Harvest, analytics
- Quality Control
- Carbonation, quality monitoring, paperwork
- Grain handling
- Assist in inventory management
- General cleaning and organization
- Other duties as required
- May occasionally be required to represent the company outside of business hours, such as with festivals or events

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the brewing industry or a similar manufacturing environment is required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance on brewery equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
