**Who are we?**

Elite Transfer Service is a non-emergency patient transfer service. We are a service industry in the healthcare setting. Our role is to transfer patients between hospitals, nursing homes, and their private homes. Elite originates from South Dundas, and has recently been awarded the primary service contract for Pembroke Regional Hospital, Renfrew Victoria Hospital, Deep River and District Hospital, and St Francis Memorial Hospital.

**Opportunity and Career**

Elite is new to the region, and is hiring a full team of individuals for the area. This means the doors are open to proving value to the company and quickly moving up the ranks. Elite is seeking individuals to become attendants, supervisors, dispatchers, and with experience and time with Elite-management for the region.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- First Aid CPR Level C + AED (Can acquire within first week of training with Elite)
- Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Drivers Abstract
- Valid Drivers License (G Class)

**Additional Assets**
- Experience in the Medical Industry
- Commercial Driving Experience
- Enhanced First Aid Training
- Dispatch Experience/ Scheduling
- Local Response to the Following Hospital/s (Pembroke Regional Hospital, Renfrew Victoria Hospital, Deep River District Hospital, St Francis Memorial Hospital)
- Customer Service Experience

**Students**

Elite provides flexible schedules for students who are looking to work specific hours in between classes, weekends, evenings, etc. This role would be considered casual with the hours of work being determined by the hours of availability. Therefore, Elite offers a flexible work environment which supports post secondary education and unusual work hour availability that other employers would be able to accommodate. A students schedule may change weekly based on the availability the student provides.

**Pay Scale**

Employment with Elite begins at 19/hour during the three month training period/ probationary period. Once the attendant has proven to be a valuable asset to the team, the attendant will receive $20/hour after the probationary period ends. After the first year of employment, the attendant receives an additional raise to $21/hour. The first year of employment the attendant receives $2/hour raise with good performance.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
