HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

- Assist with all aspects of Desktop, Laptop, and Mobile Phone device provisioning
- Assist with User Account Management in an Active Directory environment
- Assist with Asset Management
- Assist with repair/service of devices
- Setting up new PC workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshooting PC hardware and operating system software in a network/AD domain environment.
- Troubleshooting low voltage equipment such as Access Control and Intercom systems
- Support of wireless telecom devices including user support, hardware provisioning (IOS, Android)
- Provide technical guidance and support for Level 1-2 users.
- Maintaining asset tracking.
- Assuming additional responsibilities and completing special projects as needed or directed

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Must be enrolled in a college or university CO-OP program of which is in a related field
- Experience with all variations of Windows desktop OS
- Basic understanding of networking
- Enthusiastic about working with people and helping them with technology questions and issues
- Able to handle rapidly changing priorities, fast-paced situations
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
- Excellent research skills
- A desire to learn and provide feedback
- A passion for support and customer service.

Position is office-based working conditions. Work hours: Maximum - 37.5 hours/week - Day shift Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
