**Overview**:The Retail Representative is responsible for execution of in-store merchandising and sales activities within the assigned territory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow detailed instructions for execution of client priorities through sales and merchandising.
- Execute store relines, shelf replenishment, negotiation of display space and other physical tasks.
- Report on in-store activities and task execution using a handheld device.
- Maintain in-store relationships and follows all retailer procedures for store access.
- Communicate regularly with Retail Supervisor / Team Lead.
- Access support documents and tools from online shared sources.
- Work in an efficient manner to keep costs within budgets.
- Utilize available resources to drive high quality results in the most efficient manner.
- Meet efficiency, quality and executional KPIs.
- Consistently support company process, policies, procedures and position responsibilities.
NOTE: This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed. Associates will be expected, if possible, to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as directed by management.
**Requirements/Experience**:
- Merchandising experience and ability to read planograms
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend, ability to lift no more than 25 lbs. and install small fixtures when required.
- Flexible availability, however, most work needs to be completed during the hours of **8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday**:
- Access to a smartphone or tablet for reporting and taking photos.
- Access to reliable transportation to get from store to store with the required materials to complete projects.
- The workload will vary and depending on availability could lead to more permanent roles in the future.
- Competitive hourly wage and km allowance.
- **Physical Demands**:_While working in retail stores the associate will be required to sit, reach (overhead, under and arms length), bend, climb, kneel stand, squat, walk on flat surface, lift up to 50 lbs., change position, and handle and carry a 2 lb. device.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
