**Our Global Finance Change Management Office has a vision to cultivate an environment that allows employees to thrive in the heart of continuous change, and people are our focus. This position is an exciting opportunity to join a team of organizaitonal change management experts (change, communications, training) and will provide invaluable work experience in a high demand discipline within a growing global company. This is a Co-op position beginning in May 2025 for up to 12 months, located in either our Calgary, AB or Saskatoon, SK office.**

**What you will do**:

- Maintain the Finance Hub (SharePoint intranet), Teams channels, and communication content calendar
- Provide content development support for the Finance Hub and assist page owners in managing their own content
- Write and distribute high-quality employee communications, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery
- Invite conversation and cross-promote user-generated content that enhances communications and the employee experience
- Support the execution of adoption strategies for Finance communications channels
- Provide communications and logistics support to the Global Change Champion Network and the Editorial Committee
- Support ad hoc communication requests
- Track employee perception of internal campaigns, programs and delivery tools using metrics

**What you will bring**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, or equivalent related program
- Aptitude for technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools (e.g., SharePoint, Forms, Canva) in addition to traditional Microsoft programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
