With over 25 years of experience in web radiology, RamSoft is dedicated to delivering award-winning, fully customizable, feature-rich solutions for healthcare providers around the world. We're currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our team

The Chief Financial Officer is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, particularly the accounting functionality and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

What will you do?*

Work with the CEO and executive management team serving as a business advisor to drive the organization's direction moving forward
- Develop and enhance existing short-term and long-term financial and operational strategies
- Proactively anticipate, model and guide management to effectively navigate changes and anticipate financial events to plan and strategize for them early on
- Drive the budgeting, planning process and long-range strategic planning
- Advise leaders in departmental budget planning
- Communicate the company’s strategic direction, provide investors with financial results updates, develop, and deliver board updates & materials
- Oversee monthly/quarterly budget vs. actual variance analysis, including the key SaaS metrics that tie back to financial goals
- Oversee production of financial reports, implementing and maintaining accounting systems, establishing controls, and ensuring that the company's financials are compliant with generally accepted accounting principles in each country
- Manage customer & vendor(s) relationships.
- Oversee banking relationships and proactively monitor financial and operational requirements (e.g. lines of credit, account balances)
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions (e.g. tax reporting/filing)
- Evaluate existing financial management policies and create new policy sets.
- Setting Financial KPIs, measuring & analyzing performance.
- Other duties as assigned

**What will you bring to RamSoft?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required, Advanced degree or certification preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role in accounting
- Experience with SaaS pricing models
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with accounting for a SaaS platform
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong ability to be detail oriented and work with a goal of precision
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a complete manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required, Advanced degree or certification preferred
- CA/CPA certification preferred

**Salary**: $130,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
