**Job Summary**:
**WHO YOU ARE**:

- **AVAILABILITY : MUST BE ABLE TO START SHIFTS AT 5:00 AM (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**:

- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate processing and placement of merchandise.
- **High Motivation**: Demonstrated enthusiasm and a proactive approach to tasks.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- **Prior Experience**: Experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
- A valid driver's license or a reliable commute is a must.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- **Receive and Unpack Shipments**: Open boxes and inspect merchandise to verify accuracy and quality. Ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- **Organize and Process Inventory**: Sort and categorize products based on store layout and sales floor needs. Prepare items for placement on the sales floor.
- **Stock and Replenish Sales Floor**: Efficiently transport and arrange merchandise on the sales floor according to store standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- **Maintain Cleanliness and Safety**: Keep work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and protocols while handling products and equipment.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with other team members and managers to ensure smooth and timely processing of shipments. Communicate any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- **Good communicator** with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
- **Problem solver** with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required
- **Able to handle customer interactions** and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
- Use **basic information-gathering** skills to solve problems
- **Ability to learn** procedural knowledge acquired through on
- the-job training.
- **All associates **are expected to become experts of the brand's selling behaviors, leveraging these behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors and allowing us to provide a premium customer experience.
- **Acknowledge and assist customers**; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; answer questions quickly and accurately
- **Offer style and outfit suggestions** to the customer, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration
- **Promote loyalty** by educating customers about our loyalty programs
- **Support **sales floor, fitting room, check out, and back of house processes, as required
- **Courteous and responsive **to internal/external request
- **Exchange and verifies** job related information to provide support
