**Job description**

Receptionist
- Support Staff

**You would be responsible for**:

- Greeting Patients
- Reception/Clerical/Administrative tasks; answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments other tasks as directed by management.
- Directing Patients to Sanitize
- Sanitizing treatment rooms after each patient leaves throughout the shift
- Sanitizing exercise equipment in gym area throughout the shift
- Sanitizing door handles and light switches throughout the shift
- Housekeeping tasks; assisting with laundry and opening/closing
- Experience working in a Physiotherapy Clinic or similar environment would be an asset
- Administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills
- High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience with Jane EMR software is an asset

Hours are not always set: Flexibility is a requirement

An example of a typical work week would be:
Monday 8am-1:30pm or 1:30 to 7:30pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1:30pm-7:30pm (close)

Fridays: 7:30-5:30 Occasional

Must be available and flexible to cover holidays, vacation or unexpected sick days

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stoney Creek, ON L8J 3Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
