As a Kennel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our kennel facility, ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of all animals under our care. Your role involves managing staff, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and providing exceptional customer service to pet owners.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Animal Care**:

- Ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all animals in the kennel.
- Coordinate feeding schedules, medication administration, and exercise routines.
- Monitor animals for any signs of illness or distress and provide necessary care or medical attention.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise kennel staff.
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns promptly
- **Facility Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the kennel.
- Regularly inspect facilities, equipment, and enclosures for safety and functionality.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed to ensure a comfortable environment for animals and staff.
- **Customer Service**:

- Welcome pet owners, answer inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Address any concerns or special requests from clients in a professional and courteous manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with animals in a professional capacity, preferably in a kennel or veterinary setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
- Knowledge of animal behavior, basic veterinary care, and hygiene practices.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Certification in animal care or related field is a plus.
