**Position**:Soccer Co-Ordinator
**Reports to**: Grassroots Manager, Henry Singleton
**Start Date**: May 22, 2024
**Term**: 12 weeks, 20 hours per week

**Background**
We are searching for enthusiastic Soccer Coordinator to work under the Grassroots Manager. You
should have exceptional customer service and administrative skills, and the ability to assist in the
development of EMSC's program. The role includes guiding players to achieve their goals and
supporting their progress, as well as demonstrating strong attention to detail and a passion for
coaching young players according to a structured curriculum.

**KEY REPSONSIBILITIES**:
Provide excellent customer service to players, coaches, parents, and stakeholders.***
Administer program logistics, including scheduling and communication.***
Assist in designing and maintaining player development curriculum.***
Coordinate with coaches to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.***
Coach sessions where neccessary
Analyze player performance data to make data-driven decisions.***
Ensure program compliance with regulations, policies, and guidelines.***
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive
environment.** **Other duties as arise and assigned.***
Willingness to work off business hours and weekends

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor's degree in sports or related field.
Experience in sports program administration with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of player development and coaching techniques for young
players. Experience in data analysis and tracking player performance metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively with others towards program goals.
