**How are your hedging and pruning skills?**
We are seeking a skilled Gardener, with more than 3 years experience to join our team. As a Gardener, you should be able to maintain and enhance the appearance of the gardens and landscapes of some of the most exclusive properties in Vancouver. We are dedicated to working in these spaces as if they were our own. If you have a passion for plants and for details, know how to skillfully use a hedge trimmer and maintain straight lines while mowing, and enjoy working outdoors whatever the weather, we would love to hear from you.

**So what will you be doing?**:

- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Planting everything from the smallest ground covers to full size trees, and everything in between, including annuals
- Pruning and shaping plants to maintain their health and appearance
- Weeding garden beds and removing any unwanted plants or debris
- Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases in the garden
- Collaborating with clients to deliver spectacular outdoor living spaces

**What skills you should have**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in using and servicing mowers, hedgers, and blowers
- Comfort climbing ladders
- Familiarity with various plants you'd typically find in Vancouver gardens
- A willingness to work rain or shine
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the garden's appearance is well-maintained

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per year
