We're currently looking for both Full-time and Peak Head Cashier.
**Our expectations**:
The Head Cashier manages all checkout functions by processing sales transactions.
**Your role**:
- Refund and monitor cash drawer amounts
- Maintain checkout area
- Oversee coverage of registers and store supply usage
- Perform opening procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues
**The qualifications we are looking for**:
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- At least 1 year of retail experience as a cashier
- At least 1 year of experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs, including credit cards, installations, add-on sales, protection plans, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits
- A minimum of 1 year of retail experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in any field, including directing, delegating, evaluating, training, and coaching employees
- Minimum 6 months of retail experience detecting common signs of shoplifting (e.g., merchandise hidden inside of containers, merchandise under carts, price labels switched)
