**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**
- skilled tradesman who puts customer service and quality workmanship above all else,

- exceptional problem-solving skills,
- experience with all aspects of finish carpentry, crown moldings, baseboards, casing, door, and window installs,
- experience stain matching and painting,
- the ability to meet deadlines.

**Competency - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of carpentry skills
- Knowledge of, framing, structural work, and drywall
- Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad)
- Customer Service Skills
- Communication skills via phone and face to face
- Math skills in order to accurately measure materials and budget materials within estimates
- Critical Thinking skills
- Ability to learn and operate our primary internal operating systems
- Ability to work safely with hand and power tools
- Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team of Technicians
- Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
- Ability to maintain an acceptable Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- Validate Driver's License
- Ability to represent the company culture through our Truth, Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics
- Other assigned tasks

**Required Education and Experience**
- Experience in the construction/repair industry as a Tradesman/Carpenter

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- 5 plus years’ experience in finish carpentry work
