We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Vice President of Operations. As the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of department heads and operational staff
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including warehousing, North American & International logistics, and customer service
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with other executives to develop and execute business development strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics

**Skills**:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor contracts and partnerships
- Proven track record in business development and driving revenue growth
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in operations management or a similar roles
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
