We are seeking a Manager, International Operations Performance who will be based at our Montreal Headquarters.

International Operations is responsible for airport operations outside of North America. Given the cross-functional nature of airports at Air Canada, this position will require interaction with key stakeholders in many parts of the organization.

The Manager, International Operations Performance will have the following responsibilities but not limited to:

- Automate the calculations of performance indicators for all performance metrics across International Airports.
- Determine KPI metrics based on available data.
- Establish a formal relationship with Business Intelligence Team (BI).
- Leverage BI's data into dynamic dashboards, eliminating the need to create or request for new reports from the BI team.
- Synthesize data, identify trends, monitor airport performance, identify and develop opportunities for improvement.
- Provide leadership, guidance and continuous training to airport teams - how to retrieve real time data from dynamic dashboards.
- Develop and maintain several databases and platforms related to airport performance.
- Aligned with our IT partners, is responsible to develop approaches to analytic tasks; automate and streamline current processes.
Perform data discovery activities to drive performance improvement both financially and operationally.
- Own, develop and manage KPI Playbook including Operational standards /definitions.
- Utilize passion for analytics, ownership of the processes, design and deployment of statistical models.
Solve complex operational data challenges utilizing data and problem-solving expertise.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge and understanding of programing languages (SQL, VBA, etc.).
- Minimum 5-year experience with Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerApps, Power Bi and Power Automate is preferred.
- University degree or college diploma in Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Excellent analytical and applied logic skills.
- Creative problem solver who thinks strategically, is results oriented and attentive to details.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
- Bilingualism in English and French, an asset.
- Understanding of airline operations and/or Supply Chain and Logistics preferred.
- Ability to understand and relate required analysis to business implications.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
