Sub-contractor Carpenter

**Owner/Operator seeking Sub-Contractors experienced in restorations and renovations**

**As a Sub-Contracted Carpenter you must own your own company. **You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to restorations and renovations. This position requires reliability and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Framing (interior & exterior walls)
- Insulation & vapor barrier
- Drywall (hang, tape, mud, sand)
- Finished Carpentry (trim & doors)
- Painting (interior)
- Flooring installation (all types)
- Tub & Tile (Bathrooms)
- Cabinet Install (Kitchens)
- Reading floor plans

**Qualifications**:

- Owning your own company is a must as you will not be an employee.**
- Proven experience in a similar role within the renovation industry.
- Reliability & responsibility are a must.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of various renovation processes.
- Familiarity with cabinet installation procedures.
- Familiarity with tub and tile installs.
- Knowledge of restoration techniques.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
