**Responsibilities**:

- Performs a high level of on/off-site service, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and set-up on a variety of equipment and technology
- Coordinates with Service Manager to establish and implement effective processes for all equipment offered through dealership specific service programs
- Reviews and explains any maintenance, repair or other service concerns directly with the customer and documents on work order
- Markets parts and service sales such as extended warranties, maintenance plans, machine inspections, overhauls, standard job quotes, and special parts promotions
- Supports Sales department by performing follow-up calls at customer locations to ensure equipment operates to the customer’s satisfaction
- Establishes and implements effective stocking processes with the Parts department to maintain the proper seasonal parts inventory in the vehicle
- Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
- Maintains current knowledge of Podolinsky product offerings and competitive products
- Maintains condition of mobile service vehicle, trailer, inventory, tools and equipment
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties
- Addresses customer concerns and resolves problems effectively and satisfactorily

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience performing service repairs
- High School Diploma
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to perform repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of equipment
- Willingness to maintain or upgrade technical skills when training is necessary
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Passion and commitment to overall growth of the business
