**What you will accomplish with us**:
Assist the credit team in maintaining backup copies of payments and account explanations.
Ensure excellent internal and external customer service
Receive correspondence addressed to the credit department.
Organize and maintain appropriate files and documents
Enter customer information for appropriate payment procedures
Receive retail payments by credit card and/or bank deposit.
Comply with all rules and regulations, protocols and established measures.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:
Post-secondary education (diploma or degree in accounting/finance)
Accounting background (an asset)
Knowledge of accounting software and cycles (an asset)
Autonomy and ability to prioritize multiple tasks as required.
Strong work ethic and integrity
Positive team attitude
Ability to work with mulitple priorities
