Barista for Ditta Artiginale

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of artisanal coffee beverages, following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Utilize espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with skill and precision.
- Offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere to customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee selections and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including routine cleaning of equipment and workspace.
- Uphold and comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge and passion for coffee, including understanding different brewing methods, coffee origins, and flavor profiles.
- Proficiency in espresso extraction and latte art techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality coffee.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
