**WHAT DOES AN ERP PROJECT MANAGER DO?**
The ERP Project Manager is responsible for project tracking for assigned modules and systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution. You will ensure end users are trained and the ERP systems are functioning properly, allowing the business to run smoothly.
- Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards
- Manage & maintain ERP reporting flows
- Maintain & troubleshoot EDI data flows
- Work on ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc.
- Partner with vendor regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases.
- Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement
- Continually enhance the ERP user experience across the organization
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's (4-year) degree in computer science, engineering, networking related technologies, or a similar field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with QAD EE, cloud-based ERP systems
- Led an ERP implementation
- Ability to train users with a variety of skill levels
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: ERP, Project coordinator, project management, project manager_

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
