**Job Title**:Site Administrator

**Reports to**: Superintendent

**Location/Project**: Whitewood, SK - Elevator Upgrade

**Estimated Job Duration**: April 2023 - August 2023

**Pay Rate**: $20/hr and up based on experience.

**Position Summary**:The Site Administrator is responsible for routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, timekeeping, coordination between the field and corporate office, and providing information to callers and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greets visitors/answers the phone, handles their inquiries, directs them to the appropriate persons, takes and delivers messages.
- Timekeeping for all employees on site, including roll call, tracking of hours, and completing and submitting time sheets.
- Manages all aspects of new hire paperwork. May perform site safety orientations for new hires, sub-contractors, and visitors if trained to do so.
- Controls documents, files, and maintains current drawings and specifications.
- Manages the submission of reports, inspections, training documents, receipts, meeting notes, jobsite photos, etc. to the corporate office.
- Ensures office is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Sets up accounts with local suppliers and places orders as needed.
- Completes errands such as purchasing tools and supplies, picking up the mail, etc.
- Performs other duties as directed by the Superintendent.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- A working knowledge of computers and office equipment such as phone systems and copier.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with the team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be comfortable in a construction environment. Previous construction experience or general knowledge of construction practices, tools, etc. preferred.

**Typical Physical Demands**:Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. A normal range of hearing and vision is required.

**Working Conditions**:Includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable. Requires wearing protective and/or safety equipment. Requires working outdoors exposed to all weather conditions.
