Experience in a service related field (required)
- Process all Tenant/Owner maintenance requests and follow up with contractors
- Assist Property Managers and Liason with Tenants and owners regarding property issues. Matching Service billing with maintenace request (work orders)
- Data Entry of Tenant lease agreements and uploading files and attachments
- Updating Tenant/Owner files in company database
- Knowledge of Yardi software considered an asset but willing to train
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Excel an asset
- General clerical duties (Filing, copying and scanning documents)
- Detail oriented, Punctual and team player applicants only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
