**Who We're Looking For**:
The Chief of Staff is a pivotal role for the business, driving the success of the business from within with strong systems, structures, and reporting. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll bring their vision to life by ensuring we have the pipelines in place to support aggressive growth. Your core focuses will be on the implementation and success of strategic initiatives, supported by your strong knowledge of the business and solution first approach. You’re a natural leader and foster a collaborative and transparent work environment with a strong presence in the office.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- BA in Business, HR, marketing, or a related field. MBA highly regarded.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position within a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup or corporate environment.
- Experience in a tech or software company preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project/people management, including directing multiple teams and departments.
- Experience in Hubspot or CRM management preferred
- Highly skilled in Microsoft tools, including PPT and Excel, and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using these skills to motivate and educate.
- Strong leadership presence in the office, fostering trust, consultation while setting realistic expectations and driving results.
- Expert ability to critically evaluate and independently problem solve, presenting strategic and pragmatic solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to shift gears quickly and effortlessly without creating stress or friction within the office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
- Show sensitivity to issues that require diplomacy.

**What You'll Get To Do**:
Operational Efficiency and Leadership
- Manage and streamline cross-functional workflows and communications to create transparency.
- Identify and anticipate areas for process improvement and operational efficiency across the organization. Create, implement, manage and measure new processes to achieve operational efficiency.
- Understand and work with specialists within the business to manage and optimize data/documentation/information sharing across systems, including but not limited to HubSpot, SharePoint, Fintel Connect System, Confluence and Knowledgebase.
- Manage changing organizational structure and pay parity across the business/industry.
- Forward planning of new positions, within budget, to enable the vision of the CEO.
- Input into optimization of recruitment and retention processes.
- Inputs and signs off on all JDs and individual KPIs across the business, to ensure fits within the wider OKR structure.
- Manage agendas, actions, outcomes and deadlines of internal leadership meetings.
- Manage business wide training, from inception, material creation and review, implementation, access and review.

Performance Metrics and Analysis
- Establish KPIs and OKRs based on CEO brief and input from department heads.
- Manage deadlines, formats, and quality of management and department reporting, including KPI, OKR and project updates.
- Work closely with department heads to algin their goals with overall company objectives.
- Conduct research and stay on top of industry trends for best practice of similar businesses (startup/technology/affiliate). Identify potential growth areas.

Strategic Projects
- Collaborate with CEO to develop, communicate, execute, and sustain strategic projects, that relate to the team and product development.
- Manage multiple projects at once and maintain a project roadmap/backlog of priority items and deadlines.
- Receive loose briefs and create project scope, project timelines and deliver requirements as needed.
