Our Banking client in **Toronto, Ontario** is looking to hire a **Project Control Officer** for a **10-months contract role with possibility for extension.**
**What you will be doing**
- Assisting senior managers, managing large projects and their budgets.
- Developing financial plans and budget forecasting and coordinating in a matrix environment.
- Budgeting, Financial monitoring, and creating status updates for managers and stakeholders.
- Attending meetings with Project Managers.
- Gathering information as per manager requests.
- Financial Tracking and creating monthly reports.
**What you will need to succeed**
**Must Have Skills**:
- Previous Experience working in banking setting.
- 3 years’ experience working as Project Control Officer.
- 3 years’ experience managing large projects.
- Experienced using Sharepoint.
- Familiar with Jira.
- Strong familiarity MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word).
**Nice-To-Have Skills**:
- Global Risk Management Project Experience.
- Experience working in IT or Technical environment.
