JBH is also a partner member of the Burlington Ontario Health Team.- RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Transcription of medical dictation and associated processes
- Processing corrections as necessary
- Providing productivity statistics as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical Transcription Certificate or equivalent required
- Minimum of three (3) years' medical transcription experience required, with experience in transcribing at least (3) three specialties for over one year for each
- Must possess excellent typing skills (minimum of 65 words per minute)
- Demonstrated strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work independently in a busy environment with many distractions
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and work independently is essential
- Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality and performance required-
