**Job Overview**

We are seeking proactive and dynamic Ambassadors for Niagara Falls. This role is purely commission-based and contract-oriented, tailored for passionate individuals eager to make a significant impact in the cannabis market. This position offers not only a flexible schedule but also the potential for high earnings based on direct personal effort.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily In-Person Interactions**: Engage face-to-face with 50 to 100 people daily, averaging 80 interactions, to drive sign-ups and build robust relationships.
- **Achieve Close Rates**: Work to achieve a 25-30% close rate or increase daily interactions to meet targets. Even a 20% close rate on interacting with 50 people daily can earn you $2,080.00.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at events to enhance presence and generate sign-up opportunities.
- **CRM Management**: Log all interactions into HubSpot with precision.
- **Weekly Reporting**: Update the Regional Sales Manager on weekly goals and achievements.
