**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Assist customers in choosing beverages and pastries
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures

**Skills**:

- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in the food industry or food service is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent time management
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is helpful but not required
