**Seasonal Host**
Reporting to: Sr. Operations Manager
**- _Ensures proper set-up of restaurant prior to opening_
- _Assigns seating/ plots out restaurant map to ensure smooth flow of guests_
- _Coordinates with kitchen and runners to ensure guest needs are met at all times_
- _Welcomes guests in a manner that befits the Quattro culture_
- _Helps create memories for our guests_
- _Complete cleaning guidelines as outlined by management_
- _Abide by food safety regulations safe food handling procedures and best practices_
- _Ensure restaurant policies are adhered to_
- _Provides excellent customer service to all guests_
- _Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress_
- _Follows company policies and procedures_
- _Other duties as assigned_

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Smart serve certification is an asset
- Must have some restaurant experience
- Must have a strong, energetic attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to learn
- Able to work shift work daytime, evenings & weekends
