Harry's Home Comfort, a leading provider of HVAC solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. We specialize in offering high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, providing our clients with exceptional indoor comfort and energy efficiency. As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge HVAC products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Attend pre-booked leads and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of our HVAC offerings.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our HVAC products and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, guiding them through the decision-making process and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, productive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.

**Requirements**:
Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
- Proven track record of success in HVAC sales or a related industry

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Sales Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and Team Player:Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and support colleagues when needed.

Organizational and Time Management:

- Effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries and sales leads simultaneously.

Valid Driver's License:

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role.

**Salary**: $71,000.00-$167,618.98 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
