We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join “The Ontario Regional Blood Coordinating Network - North and East Ontario Office”.

**The Main Responsibilities are**:

- Project management and participation on project teams ensuring project deliverables are on time and within scope and budget.
- Provide support and assistance to hospital personnel in Northern and Eastern Ontario region as needed.
- Develop educational resources for hospital personnel related to transfusion medicine based on national standards, accreditation requirements and regulations.

**Basic Requirements (Education/Experience)**:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of related experience (a combination of education and experience will also be considered i.e., Bachelor’s degree/Diploma and 5 years of related experience)
- 3 years of project management experience
- Healthcare Professional Licensed to practice in Ontario (MLT, MLA/Tor RN)
- 3-5 years of experience in blood transfusion/transfusion medicine or related experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Time management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Proven ability to work independently, take direction from various sources and prioritize workload with particular attention to detail.
- Flexibility to accommodate periodic demanding deadlines.
- Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work accurately and effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent computer skills, including word processing, presentation, Internet and spreadsheet, data management and data visualization skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced education in Transfusion Medicine/Science
- English / French bilingual

**Contract Details**:
This is a 1-year full-time position with possibility of renewal.
Salary Range: $38.444 - 47.741
