Golf Marshall

**SUMMARY**:
Starters and Player’s Assistants are responsible for the orderly and timely movement of tee times, controlling the pace of play, and ensuring the golf course policies and dress code are followed in addition to providing guests high quality customer service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure a great experience for all members and guests
- Communicate important information to all players and/or management
- Maintain a reasonable pace of play on the golf course
- Communicate with Golf Shop and keep up-to-date and accurate tee sheet and pace of play
- Communicate with other team members on the course for any potential pace of play problems
- Remain open, positive, and non-confrontational with all guests at Crown Isle Golf Resort
- Follow policies and procedures of Crown Isle Golf Resort
- Tournament staging, set up and take down
- Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor

- Personable demeanor, professional disposition
- Organized with a good attention for detail
- Reliable and flexible with availability
- Outgoing and able to speak to all levels of guests

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
