Raison d’être du poste:
Sous la direction de la Responsable des services scolaires, coordonner les processus relatifs aux services de première ligne et les processus opérationnels. Superviser les agents du Bureau du premier cycle et leur servir de principal point de contact. Créer, revoir et mettre en œuvre des processus selon les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie. Favoriser un esprit d’équipe et trouver des solutions pour les demandes spéciales.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

- Supervision : Superviser le travail réalisé par les agents principaux, déterminer les priorités, formuler des conseils en vue de l’atteinte des objectifs individuels, développer des plans de formation (en groupe et individuel), motiver le personnel, assurer l’encadrement et fournir la rétroaction. Faire connaître les outils de gestion pour renforcer l’engagement des employés au sein du secteur afin de maximiser leur productivité et de réduire au minimum le roulement du personnel.
- Évaluer les besoins et faire des recommandations : Anticiper, analyser et interpréter les besoins des étudiants, déterminer les politiques et les procédés devant être mis en oeuvre, diagnostiquer et formuler des recommandations permettant de régler les problématiques des étudiants et veiller à la mise en place des recommandations. Régler les problèmes complexes et assurer les suivis nécessaires.
- Desservir les étudiants en service de première ligne : S’acquitter de quelques tâches de première ligne afin de comprendre la réalité des étudiants et de ses agents principaux pour la mise en œuvre de projets d’amélioration du service. Revoir les processus et les peaufiner afin d’accroitre la productivité et l’efficacité.

Ce que vous apportez:

- Connaissance de l’administration normalement acquise dans le cadre d’une formation postsecondaire et de plusieurs années d’expérience dans un rôle semblable.
- Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience en milieu scolaire.
- Connaissance approfondie des programmes scolaires de niveaux secondaire et collégial, du premier cycle et des cycles supérieurs universitaires.
- Expérience de la gestion d’une équipe dans un milieu en constante évolution.
- Expérience de la prestation de services à la clientèle.
- Expérience de l’interprétation, de la communication et de la mise en œuvre de processus, politiques et méthodes.
- Expérience pratique des systèmes informatiques et des logiciels (Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet, systèmes d’information étudiante, courriel).
- Capacité de composer avec des priorités conflictuelles et de respecter des délais serrés dans un milieu de travail où le rythme est soutenu.
- Capacité de se concentrer dans un environnement ouvert et dynamique où les interruptions sont fréquentes.
- Capacité de gérer de multiples dossiers et de faire preuve de minutie.
- Capacité et disposition à prendre des décisions pouvant avoir une incidence sur les étudiants, les employés ou les membres des départements.
- Tact, diplomatie, discrétion et excellent jugement.
- Connaissance des structures administratives et des processus de l’Université, un atout.
- Expérience de la collecte et de l’analyse de données, ainsi que de la rédaction de rapports administratifs et statistiques.
- Expérience de la mise en œuvre de stratégies et de plans d’activités pour les étudiants.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication afin de comprendre les besoins des étudiants et des employés.
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles.
- Optimisme et professionnalisme.
- Bilinguisme - français et anglais (expression orale et écrite).
