Muse + Maven is a gorgeous boutique lash and beauty studio located on Saint John’s Street in Port Moody. Our Mavens offer lash extensions, lash lifts, lash tinting, lash extension training and certification, brow lamination, brow waxing, brow tinting, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facials, and teeth whitening.

**LASH & BROW MAVEN**

Must be outgoing, personable, think on your feet, problem solve, and always be able and willing to learn.

**Duties**:

- Perform eyelash extension/lash lift/brow lamination/brow waxing/lash & brow tinting services to clients, adhering to company standards and protocols. (You don't have to know ALL the services but let us know what you do have experience in or are committed to learning)
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the client's experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions.

**Skills**:

- Retail sales experience, with a focus on upselling and meeting sales targets.
- Front desk experience, including handling appointments, managing client inquiries, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized attention and create a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
