**What You Will be Doing**:
This key role will oversee all operations that produce our products. In alignment with corporate goals and strategies, this executive will be responsible for achieving sustainable and profitable operational efficiency by providing direction and support to a sizeable, hard-working team. As the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for driving standards in quality, lean manufacturing, OTD (customer delivery), supply chain innovation, cost control, and operational efficiencies. As a senior leader in the business, you will provide leadership to a group that includes two managers and their teams in supply chain and production. You will coach, inspire, manage, and hold your group members accountable. You will also be a key member of a highly collaborative management team.

You will collaborate with others as you facilitate the development of the strategies and implementation of the playbook to support enterprise objectives, provide leadership to the group, and guide all aspects of the manufacturing and supply chain development journey. The results of your work with the Managers of Supply Chain and Production will build upon your strong foundations in manufacturing process, lean manufacturing implementation, supply chain efficiencies, quality management, facilities management, and new product development collaboration. Supporting our greater goal of serving our customers by delivering great quality products on time and on budget, today and in the future.

The VP of Operations will develop and implement operational strategy for the business, working with the Managers of Supply Chain and Production to drive best in class operational efficiencies and innovation. Reporting to the President and working closely with the executive leadership team, you will be the owner of the Production and Supply Chain processes, driving the processes for allocation of resources, cost control and lean manufacturing for optimal execution. Your goal is to achieve company targets for leadership and made product. You will take the company and its manufactured products to the next stage in its growth.
