**SERVER ASSISTANT**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fluent understanding of The Chase menu
- Assist with running food to tables and romancing dishes
- Serve and maintain water service for guests
- Responsible for polishing plates, glassware, utensils, etc.
- Adhere to opening and closing duties in accordance with company procedures
- Follow proper sanitation and hygienic requirements for wiping down tables and follow hygiene requirements
- Strong abilities in preparation of coffee and tea service
- Work closely with Servers to ensure all guest needs are met and maintain high levels of customer service
- Ensure server stations are adequately stocked
- Prepare for peak times during service
- Prepare tables with correct mise en place in between courses along with any sharing cutlery needed
- Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress
- Any other duties assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant of similar quality or business level
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Attention to detail
- Considerable understanding of the flow of business at a fine dining or casual fine dining restaurant
