**About us**

V5 Nails Salon & Spa is a small local business that is focused on the self-expression of individuals both clients and staff. We are keen on optimizing the work-life balance of our employees. We value the contributions of our staff and believe in building team morale through rewards and bonuses.

Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Warmly greet clients in-store and help them get checked in
- Introduce clients to their esthetician
- Answer client inquiries on different services and new products
- Take and edit photos for social media posting
- Update client database
- Process transactions
- Keep beauty stations clean and tidy

Qualifications:

- Previous receptionist/administrative experience is required
- Previous customer service experience in the beauty industry is required
- Knowledge of POS systems is required
- Photography and social media experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn new skills/knowledge
