**Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead**

**Location: Mississauga, CAD**

**Job Type: Full-Time/ Contract**

**Responsibilities**:

- The SFDC Tech Lead will provide technical expertise and leadership to the local team supporting the Access Solutions Group. This position focuses on the continuing evolution, implementation, and support of existing and new vendor-based systems to support critical business processes. The Tech Lead will work with our teams in Europe and North America as well as local contractors in Mississauga to complete the deliverables assigned. He/She is expected to:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the developer community.
- Participate in business process analysis, use case creation, and requirements definition.
- Responsible for designing, prototyping, developing and unit testing solutions for projects and maintenance & enhancement releases.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, system interface diagrams, unit testing scenarios and system support documentation. Follow best practices and standards to ensure technical compliance.
- Adhere to high quality software development lifecycle (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Provide root cause analysis to resolve complex issues as part of support.

**Skills**:

- Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical industries desirable though not required
- 5 years Object Oriented programming preferably in Java,.Net, or Objective-C
- Experience in web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Ember, Polymer, Backbone or similar.
- Experience with GIT Version Control Systems. Have been an active member of software engineering teams (SCRUM preferred).
- Experience with development in a multi-tiered release environment and Continuous Integration. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud preferred. Mulesoft experience is nice to have.

**Education**:

- BS/BA in computer sciences, mathematics, life sciences or related degrees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $60.00-$68.00 per hour

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
