Visant à habiller la femme moderne dans toutes les facettes de sa vie, notre priorité est de permettre à notre clientèle de se vêtir de morceaux les faisant sentir confiantes, au goût du jour et ce, tout en respectant l'environnement ainsi que son portefeuille.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e fit technician situé.e dans la Région du Grand-Montréal qui serait disponible afin de travailler contractuellement et qui pourrait se déplacer à nos bureaux environ une fois par semaine lors des périodes de développement de collections (nos bureaux sont situés à Saint-Léonard). Le reste du travail pourra se faire à la maison. L'individu recherché.e travaillera en équipe avec l'acheteuse et les designers afin d'assurer le développement de la vision des collections. Les produits à développer inclus mais ne sont pas limités à: chemises, robes, pantalons, shorts, maillots de bain, vêtements de sport, accessoires (sacs, bijoux), etc.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Développer et maintenir les fiches techniques, y compris les corrections ainsi qu'une gradation proportionnelle (XS à 3XL)
- Analyser les croquis afin d'assurer la faisabilité de la coupe ainsi que la réalisation du produit tout en offrant la rétroaction appropriée au besoin
- Assurer les spécifications claires et détaillées des mesures, nomenclatures des matériaux et produits, méthodes de construction et lignes directrices de coupe;
- Organiser les séances d'ajustement et se déplacer au besoin afin de mesurer physiquement les échantillons et apporter les modifications nécessaires au techpack.
- Analyser l'ajustement des vêtements, identifier les problèmes d'ajustements potentiels et développer des solutions pour améliorer l'ajustement ainsi que la qualité des vêtements.
- Communiquer les corrections d'ajustement à l'acheteuse pour garantir que la production répond aux normes d'ajustement et de qualité.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES**:

- Connaissance d'Illustrator, Photoshop et de la suite Microsoft 365
- Expérience sur le marché du travail dans le design de techpacks de vêtements pour femme;
- Souci du détail et de la minutie;
- Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe, à communiquer et à être proactif;
- Habileté à travailler efficacement dans des délais serrés;
- Intérêt pour les tendances de mode actuelles et bonne connaissance des procédés de fabrication de tissus et de vêtements est un atout.
