Electrical Foreperson

**Thrive Electrify is currently seeking a qualified Red Seal Electrician to join us as Site Foreperson.**
We are on the lookout for a driven individual who shares our passion for technology and sustainability and possesses the leadership skills necessary to guide our team of journeypersons and apprentices to successful project completion.

**What You Bring**
- Electrical Experience: Red Seal Journey-person
- Highly experienced with ICI construction
- Effective project management abilities to ensure projects are successfully executed from start to finish
- An expert in electrical systems and equipment.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid computer and technology skillsets
- Strong ability to learn technical systems including; the Internet of Things (IoT) of Advanced lighting controls, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and solar panels (PV).
- Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required)
- _Low voltage and wireless lighting controls experience such as Wavelinx or Signify (Bonus)_
- _Autocad, Dialux or Revu experience (Bonus)_
**What You'll Do**
- Oversee, organize, and provide comprehensive reporting on all project elements.
- Supervise, lead, and develop your team to foster their growth and success.
- The first line of communication with our clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in managing project timelines and budgets.
- Take charge of onsite inventory management, including ordering, delivery, and reporting.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Assist with quality control inspections.

**Compensation**
- Starting at **$45-$50** depending on your experience.
