Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and provide a comfortable environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property
- Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of housekeeping services
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and lost-and-found items
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or hospitality industry required
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices
- Proven 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
