**What are your contributions to the team?**:
As the deployment leader for S/A HANA, you will be part of the manufacturing team that represents all manufacturing sites for the transition from the current version of SAP ECC and related systems to the implementation of S/A HANA. In your role, you will have to prepare the sites for the arrival of S/A HANA according to the deployment plan. You will interact with all Bombardier manufacturing sites to finalize deployments.
- Deliver projects within scope and to the required quality standard.
- Manage a cross-functional teams of resources and IT suppliers.
- Provide performance indicators and produce status reports.
- Identify, document, and mitigate major risks that could impact projects delivery.
- Track and report timelines, risk and quality during the entire life cycle of the project.
- Manage project issues and risks as they occur.
- Collaborate with change management team, integration team and all the manufacturing teams
- Manage relationship with stakeholders and partners for project delivery
- Establish and deploy project governance.
- Ensure compliance to PMO methodology throughout the project lifecycle
- Be able to travel occasionally if needed (10-15% of the time)
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- You have a bachelor degree, or equivalent, in business management, information technology, project management or in a related field of activities
- You have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience project management including 5 years in project link to ERP/SAP
- You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- You have a good Track Record of planning and delivering large & complex Projects.
- You have a good knowledge of Key Performance Indicators, dashboards and other tools to monitor project performance.
- You appreciate teamwork, show initiative and able to solve problems efficiently
- You have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and great communicator within all levels of the organization
- You have experience in leading effective meetings and preparation of executive presentations
- You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be pro-active with regard to bringing forward solutions
- You can adapt rapidly to change
- You possess excellent organizational, analytical and strategic skills
- You have good knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry (Asset)
- You have Industry recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PMP/PMI) (Asset)
