Assign tasks based on work schedules, keep workers on task, complete time sheets and inspect the quality of work to ensure job requirements are met. Instruct crew members on proper work standards. Interact with customers to resolve issues or answer questions.
Crew leaders work along with crew members in completing all maintenance.
- Weekly lawn maintenance, garden weeding, plant/shrub pruning. garden bed edging, hedge trimming, transplanting & planting, soil/mulch installation, spring & fall clean ups, etc.
- Supervise a team of 2-4 crew members and complete accurate time keeping records (LMN)
- Responsible for keeping your fleet clean and tidy (truck, trailer, equipment)
